Flying lighter!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I'm so looking forward to airplane travel again. It used to be a struggle to even lower the tray table...

I can't wait to get below 200. I've been over that number for years. I saw someone on another forum say they cried when they finally saw 199 on the scale after dropping 94 pounds!

I remember that feeling! It's an amazing milestone, seeing that number change. I remember someone saying it's like seeing a '1' instead of a '2'!

It is important to remember that while these medications can be a helpful tool, they are most effective when combined with lifestyle changes. I saw someone mention they are now running races! That's fantastic.

Absolutely. Meds are just one piece of the puzzle. Diet and exercise are crucial.

Flying after dropping significant weight is one of the most tangible things. That first trip where you realize you fit differently in the seat makes it real in a way the scale doesn't quite do.

3XL to M is a wardrobe change that touches almost every item owned and the social experience of public spaces simultaneously - the strangers-seem-nicer observation is almost certainly real and reflects documented weight bias in social interactions rather than the world actually changing. the plane middle seat having no dread is the most consistently mentioned specific freedom milestone in these threads

425 to 270 and 20 years of avoiding flights deserves a ticket just for the tray table. That's 155 lbs and getting your life back in ways that don't show up in any scale number. The OP's 65 lbs making the flight different is the same category of change - things you stopped doing start becoming possible again.
