Wow, I'm down 85 pounds in 8 months! That's like 38 kilos. Used to be around 230, now I'm at 145.
Taking it for my diabetes. Been hitting the weights hard, 5 times a week minimum, and I've built more muscle than ever before. Feel really solid. Eating low carb, tons of protein, and no sugar. Just a bit of complex carbs. And yeah, I even went blonde when I started feeling better about myself, lol.
