Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

Hunger returning after the first few days on Mounjaro is normal at the starting dose - the suppression becomes more consistent once the dose builds over weeks 2-4 and stays there.
 
Hunger returning in the first week after initial silence is pretty standard - the first dose flattens appetite dramatically but it takes a few more weeks to find a consistent level.
