Started at 0.5mg Reta...first week...nothing much. Bumped to 1mg the next week. Still nada - no changes in appetite or anything, no side effects either. This week I went to 1.5mg...and yeah, regretting that. Just feeling kinda queasy all the time, which isn't exactly what I was going for in appetite control. Going to drop back to 1mg on Sunday, I guess. Ugh. Haven't been able to hit the gym this week either, and eating feels like a chore. Not fun. For reference...I'm 50, male, 6'1", currently at 242. My goal is around 210. I'm a bigger build and work out a lot, so that'll be fairly lean for me. Lesson learned!
