Ozempic changed my life!

I genuinely never believed this would happen to me! I peaked at 290 pounds, and now I’m down to 220. I began my journey at the beginning of last August. I was weary of starting yet again and failing. Fingers crossed this is my turning point. I tended to eat to cope with my feelings. Food was my go-to for comfort. I also never knew when to stop eating, even when satisfied, particularly if the food tasted divine. But my whole mentality has shifted now. I only eat when I'm actually hungry, and I stop when I'm full. I also exercise to de-stress. So grateful!🥳🥹

You're killing it!

Big congrats! 220 is amazing and so inspiring! You must be super proud of all your hard work because you look great. All those workouts are definitely showing!

You look fantastic! Healthy and glowing! And, with all due respect, you look like you've knocked a decade off your age. Keep up the excellent work!

You are absolutely gorgeous, congrats! The 'old you' is a reflection of me 2 months back, and I'm also hoping to shed 60 pounds. Thanks a bunch for the motivation! 🤗🤗🤗

Are you sure you’re 220? Respectfully, you appear much smaller. You must be gaining a significant amount of muscle mass.

You look amazing!

I feel the same way! Finally reached my target weight, no more fluid retention, and even my cravings for alcohol have vanished!

So happy for you!

Thanks everyone! To answer some questions, I prioritize lean protein - chicken, fish, Greek yogurt. I also try to get lots of fruits and veggies. It's a complete lifestyle change, not just the shot itself. Also, for those asking, I started at 2.4mg of Ozempic. I'm staying at this dose for now.

I'm so glad to hear about your success,

! It's such a game-changer when you find something that actually works. It's been a long road with ups and downs, but worth it!

It's interesting how these medications can impact more than just weight.

That's fascinating regarding potential reduction in alcohol cravings. There's some emerging research on GLP-1s and addiction pathways in the brain. Very promising!
