I genuinely never believed this would happen to me! I peaked at 290 pounds, and now I’m down to 220. I began my journey at the beginning of last August. I was weary of starting yet again and failing. Fingers crossed this is my turning point. I tended to eat to cope with my feelings. Food was my go-to for comfort. I also never knew when to stop eating, even when satisfied, particularly if the food tasted divine. But my whole mentality has shifted now. I only eat when I'm actually hungry, and I stop when I'm full. I also exercise to de-stress. So grateful!
