Reached my goal! Woot!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
year in and the hunger's back. tried bumping protein and it really does help kill the cravings. worth a shot if you're struggling with that part.

been on it since march, ramped to 2mg in august, worked great til november. now food noise is back and i'm hungry all the time. grazing after dinner. haven't gained but weight bounces 136 to 139. my a1c went down at least.

44 lbs since January tracking toward the same kind of goal as the OP's 80 lbs is a very different starting weight and target, but the structure is similar. Week 32 as the last intentional loss week for the OP is the maintenance pivot. What's the approach for holding the number once you get there?

The quiet-head moment is something you can't fully explain to someone who hasn't experienced it. That constant background planning and craving loop just stops and the space it leaves behind is genuinely disorienting at first. Congrats on hitting goal - huge accomplishment.

Thanks for your comment. Suspect something in the earlier message got misread. Not overeating, not stress eating, not caving to cravings. Following the doctor's plan closely and using a tracking app where every bite gets logged and weighed on a food scale. Daily calorie target sits around 1,600, and both that and the protein goal get hit consistently. All of that gets shared with the doctor automatically through the program. Despite sticking to the plan this closely, the scale still isn't moving, which is exactly why trying to figure out what's going on here.
