Okay, here's the deal. My weight's coming off bit by bit, so it's not like I NEED to fast. But, I've always done 6-day fasts every few months and felt amazing afterwards.
I'm planning to be on reta for a while, years even. My body's gonna fight to get back the weight, and I need something long-term. I just hate the idea of ditching my fasting routine. But dropping my blood sugar too low scares me. Thoughts?
