I'm right there with you on the loose skin struggle.
I've seen small improvements with a few things I've added, maybe 5-10% better. But every little bit counts, you know?
Along with keeping up with hydration and workouts, I've added these to my routine, and they seem to help lessen the crepey look:
1. Ending showers with a quick blast of cold water: Switching from warm to cold may help decrease irritation and firm up skin some.
2. Collagen, Vitamin C, and Hyaluronic Acid supplements: These appear to work together to support skin health in different ways.
3. Moisturize and protect from the sun daily: Lotion plus sunscreen, even on cloudy days.
4. Copper peptide serums: I haven't tried the injections. But there are copper peptide serums you can put on your skin. I just get the peptide serums from different brands and use them after showering.
