You sound genuinely motivated and have made real progress. Would love to hear what your dose progression looked like. Really inspiring.

    Clothes are fitting better!

That's awesome! It was the same for me. I started this journey because my usual button-ups were too tight across the chest. I had to buy XLs just to have something to wear. Nine weeks later, I can fit back into my old sizes.

Skin, Hair & GLP-1 Reality Check

you can usually keep running and lifting but the first weeks on this stuff can feel rough—lower energy, nausea, dizzy. i switched to semaglutide and didn't stop training just scaled it back. smaller pre-workout meals, more protein, hydration and electrolytes helped tons.

    CagriSema flop?

These meds slow your digestion way down. If you can't handle dairy, it's gonna sit in your system longer and make it worse. Or your body's just reacting to the dose bump.

    Reta and teso together?

people are biased about glp users because they don't understand how these work. add in not knowing what it's like to fight weight your whole life and yeah, judgment comes fast. gen x doesn't sugarcoat anyway.

Down 76lbs! Feeling like a new me!

He shouldn't have cut you off cold, should've tapered the dose till weight stabilized. You're back in titration mode — won't kick in again until it rebuilds. Might take weeks. Could also try switching to another GLP1 if nothing shifts soon.

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

I've also heard that TB-500's half-life isn't super long, but it triggers processes that last a while in the body. Is that right?

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

This pubmed article looks interesting: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19254816/ I also found some tubers to grow, and they'll thrive where I live. I might try growing them out.

    Microdosing GLP-1s?

I use mine sparse — like 1.25mg every 8 days — so I can actually feel hungry again. Helps me tell the diff between real hunger and just habit or boredom. Works great for me especially for binge eating stuff.

    Vial sourcing nightmare!

You're not talking about actual Hospira—that doesn't come smaller than 30ml outside hospitals. Vendor stuff comes in 3ml and 10ml bottles.

    Thigh injection spot?

Where you inject subcutaneously shouldn't have anything to do with the side effects.

    NAD+ or Semax for focus?

I've been using a similar protocol to the one described by IF-warrior, alternating NAD+ with MOTS-c. I've had some noticeable benefits in energy levels and mental clarity. But I'm thinking about adding TB-500 after seeing this testimonial where it helped reverse a stroke. Seems like it could...

    Thigh injection spot?

I've been using the tops of my thighs (rotating legs each week) and it's been effective for me.

Ozempic for BED - Anyone else?

Just remember, a normal BMI doesn't always mean you're healthy! Body composition matters too. Don't just focus on the scale.

    Reta before race? And macros?

Hey all! I'm Ashley. Been trying to lose weight since I was a teen. Been chubby forever. Today is my 30-day mark. Down 15lbs! When I was 21, I had an incredibly physical job and managed to get down to my lowest weight ever. But I gained it all back plus some. I've tried everything...

Ozempic for BED - Anyone else?

Oh, it'll shut down your appetite hardcore. I have to lower my dose because I can't eat anything on a normal dose. I take a tiny dose and can manage maybe 900 calories a day. But just remember, it all comes back if you don't change your habits permanently or stay on it forever. It's gotta be a...

    Reta before race? And macros?

I'd hold off. Everyone reacts differently. You might not feel anything, or you could have side effects. It's really unpredictable.
