Worried losing weight would change me...

i'm 28, work it so i'm glued to a chair all day. tried weekends stuff and it hasn't helped much. been thinking about trying an online plan but not sure where to start or if it's even the right call.

    Finally under 200!

I dropped about 25 lbs real fast back in the day and yeah, loose skin happened. Rushing the loss isn't worth it. Slow is the move — gives your skin a chance to keep up.

    Nothin' tastes good! Help!

went hard and fast as possible—low protein, low calorie—and dropped 230 lbs over 18 months with no regrets. I might be lucky but I got nothing but health wins. if I did it again I'd add more protein and exercise sooner, but I'd go just as hard.

    Low libido on GLP-1s?

at 2-3 lbs per month and been on this for 18+ months now. if i stick to 1300-1400 calories, the scale moves eventually, takes a few weeks though. was easier at the start! i'm hungry but just sitting with it. can't go lower without messing up nutrition.

    Almost at my goal weight!

This is truly encouraging. I'm only in my second week, and I'm feeling anxious. I wish I could just skip ahead to a year from now! Huge congrats, you look incredible.

    Reta working TOO well?

Without Reta or tirz, I feel like something's missing in my stomach. It's not a good feeling. If I go back, it'll be 2mg max. I like feeling full when I eat. There's this aching in my stomach. It's only been a week off, so maybe I'm overreacting... but then again... the heartburn...

    Reta working TOO well?

My spouse and I both draw from a 50mg vial reconstituted with 1mL of BAC water. I take 6mg, so that's 0.12mL. 2mg would be 0.04mL in that case.

    Reta working TOO well?

I said I'd be on GLP-1s forever, but I just had my first week off. I lift 6 days a week, no cardio. Surprisingly, no crazy hunger. It's hard to gauge Reta's effect, even at 0.5mg, which still gave me great weight loss. I guess I tapered off instead of quitting cold turkey. Feels good, maybe...

    Reta working TOO well?

It's all good, not that stressed about it. Just kinda funny. So awesome, 1.5mg weekly is like $12 a month!

    Reta working TOO well?

Anyone else on a super tiny dose? I'm on 1mg of Reta weekly and it seems like overkill. I practically have to force-feed myself. I went from 290 to 225 on tirzepatide, and then down to 180 on Reta in a little over a year. I'm gonna be on GLP-1s forever. Reta is really leaning me out. Thinking of...

Pounds gone, fingers... not so much!

It'll happen, I swear! My fingers were so slow to change, haha... But it's coming! You look great! I shed about 85 pounds and stayed there for almost a year. It was like six months AFTER hitting that point that my fingers finally got smaller! Went from a 10 to a 7.5. Crazy since I had size 10...

    GLP-1s: Miracle or Hype?

I've only been on it a short while, but my face is already changing. It feels like I somehow got my willpower back! I stopped smoking, caffeine, soda, and sweets. It's like magic!

    A year on GLP-1s!

I'm not sure. I just tried real hard to stick to it. I changed my diet, ate more protein and less junk. I walk a lot too. Nothing special really. Don't give up!

    GLP-1s: Miracle or Hype?

I have been enjoying other things now that I don't think about food all day. I've started doing jigsaw puzzles, and I can concentrate now and not look at my phone every 5 minutes!
