GLP-1: How long does it *really* last?

NA Semax is worth testing for duration - the modified version holds the effect window noticeably longer for most people, though individual response varies enough that starting with a small quantity makes sense before committing.

    Stacking ALL the peptides?

BPC-157 is the common first stack on Reta for joint and gut recovery - it doesn't interfere with the GLP-1 mechanism and most people run it alongside without issue.

Down 90lbs in a year! Woot!

It's wild, you know? I ditched taking regular pics months ago, but I'm down a solid 88 pounds. I finally looked at my before pics and was floored. I didn't realize I was carrying that much extra weight! For ages, I felt like nothing was changing, even though my clothes were getting looser...

Down 80+ lbs - Still Going!

The fibre-first approach is the right call for GLP-1 constipation - the slowed gastric transit makes the stacking effect of bran, beans, and kiwi more effective than any single source. 80 lbs down from 330 at a steady pace is what the full protocol looks like when the basics are handled.

    Flying lighter!

I can't wait to get below 200. I've been over that number for years. I saw someone on another forum say they cried when they finally saw 199 on the scale after dropping 94 pounds!

    Happy New Year, Maintainers!

Happy New Year, everyone! Feeling so grateful as I begin 2025. Started my journey on the medication back in Feb '24 weighing around 295. Today? I'm hovering around 155, finally at a healthy BMI after decades. Officially starting maintenance! Seeing my doctor next week to figure out the details...

I'm curious, for those of you who have had dramatic face changes like Ratched77 mentioned, how long did it take to really see a difference?

    ER visit outta nowhere!

Oh okay, so it's a general weight loss side effect. It's risky no matter how you lose weight.

    ER visit outta nowhere!

I heard that gallstones are common for "fair, fat, and forty" women. Is that true?

Pharma greed - US vs UK?

I'm shopping around for GLP-1 options. My doctor is willing to prescribe, but insurance won't cover. I'd prefer the name brand. Any recommendations?

Pharma greed - US vs UK?

I think long-term health outcomes are the best argument for single-payer insurance. We know obesity increases healthcare costs. Managing obesity will lower costs and payouts. Insurance companies don't want to pay now for something that benefits the next company. They're against paying upfront...

Vial mg - How to Know?

I've always just counted clicks, and it seems accurate enough for me. I probably wouldn't bother with a syringe unless you're trying to get a super precise dose. I think the click count for a 2mg pen is 74 clicks for the full dose, so 37 clicks would be 1mg.

Vial mg - How to Know?

I've always been in groups where we send a few vials in for testing. I usually take the average of those results and use that in my calculations. So, in your case, I'd likely use 33 or 34 if that COA came from the group buy.

    Ozempic scars?

Has anyone else developed, like, neck wrinkles? I saw them in the elevator today! I'm on the skincare warpath now! Hydration hasn't been enough. I feel like my face is aging faster than I am.
