Expired BAC water - still good?

Opened BAC water stored refrigerated - dark doesn't matter much once it's in the fridge. 28-30 days from first puncture is the standard safe window regardless of the printed expiration date.

How long is YOUR bac water good for?

28 days from first puncture is standard - redness after 2 months points to the water.

Tips for upping my sema dose?

This one's been on my list. Tried it briefly before switching—loved the deep sleep I got at 1mg nightly. Research says you need 26 weeks to max it out. Planning the common protocol: 2mg on, 2 days off, 5 days on repeat. Heard the downside is visceral fat can creep back after cycling, though...

Sema face changes - anyone else?

Alcoholic here—was the longest I'd been sober in 10 years on semaglutide. Stopped (per gp) and wine cravings came back, gained 30lbs. Going back on this week because honestly, alcoholism and obesity are way more dangerous than any long-term side effects.

Wrong Mounjaro dose - what do I do?

someone suggested adding one therapy at a time for 4-6 weeks to see what actually does what. keep a log—dose, timing, bp, heart rate, energy, weight, how you feel. bloodwork every three months and check in with a doctor. that's the solid path.

    Nothin' tastes good! Help!

I sometimes like this frozen cauliflower and broccoli with cheese sauce. Only downside is it’s only 80 calories per bag lol

    Nothin' tastes good! Help!

Yogurt works for me, often with a scoop of protein powder mixed in. Doesn't add much volume but bumps up the protein by almost 50 grams.

    UK Folks: Sharps Disposal?

That's a good idea! I've been injecting in my thigh, but plateaued for a few weeks. Maybe I'll try my stomach next time and see if it helps.

    UK Folks: Sharps Disposal?

Check with your primary care doctor’s office, and if they are unable to assist, try your local hospital. Also, many local authorities offer a collection service, so check their website too. Some pharmacies will accept them too, so enquire locally.

4mm or 8mm needle? Doc's got me questioning!

Hey, for those using BPC-157, is it important to inject near the injury site? I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery (it's brutal, like they say!) and only have use of one arm right now. I'm injecting sub-q in my belly fat since it's easy to reach, but I'm wondering if I should be doing it...

Thanks for the advice. What are considered "spicy injections"?

4mm or 8mm needle? Doc's got me questioning!

I heard that many people find the 8mm option more comfortable, especially if they've had issues with localized reactions or painful injections. The reason given was that it delivers the medication beneath the mast cell layer, which causes the reactions and discomfort. Pinching the skin before...
