I relate to this a lot. On semaglutide especially, nausea was there more or less constantly, but the small drop in appetite was worth it anyway, since I was trying not to regain the seventy kilos Id shed. Hunger (also nearly always present), stomach discomfort and nausea got tangled together and I could hardly tell whats going on, and often a small bit of dark chocolate was the best nausea fix. These days, taking tirz/reta/cagri, nausea is lighter overall, though not gone, and I still often cant tell if Im queasy or hungry. Another GLP effect is food aversion, which I noticed strongly on sema, still present but milder now; picturing a varied plate puts me off. Modest, evenly spaced meals built around protein tend to help.
