Lost a TON on Mounjaro!

The access path varies a lot - some people go through telehealth for the script, others source directly when insurance won't cover or the script isn't happening. The 18lbs already is solid early momentum.

The combination of active baseline plus intake reduction without calorie tracking is actually optimal for body composition on Mounjaro - the workout stimulus is preserved while the overeating that was previously offsetting it gets removed. The 22kg without changing exercise is the clean version of that outcome.

22kg in that timeframe with consistent activity is a solid result. Since you didn't change the activity, the medication did a lot of the metabolic work. I'm 3 weeks in on 2.5 and taking a similar approach - not overcomplicating things, just keeping active. Good to hear the steady approach works.

416 in November 2022 then Mounjaro at 345 in October 2023 and 188 this morning is 228 total lost!! That's one of the most complete long-game stories on here. Starting with keto for the first leg and then the medication for the second leg is exactly how it can work when you build the foundation first!!

100 to 90kg from February with Mounjaro starting it out is a solid beginning. 462 to 290 for the OP is a different scale but the same mechanism. The swim and walk combination alongside the medication is exactly the activity level that tends to keep things moving. How's the pace holding up now?
